I was wondering is there a mod that gives Fighter/Mage/Thief the full mage high-level ability pool ,since using the XP cap removed mod gives you the ability to gain 9th level spells.
I'm seriously missing the aura cleanse thingy ; /.

I don't think so.
Have you tried using an editor to gain one of those innate abilites you are missing?
But aside from the XP cap removal mod I can't think of any project so I can't help you there.

Don't really know, but you could try BG2 Refinements or BG2 Tweak Pack. They at least say to modify the tablets.

Yes, the triple-class HLA component from Tweaks will add them for both FMTs and FMCs. There's not quite enough slots for all HLAs so a few have been omitted.
