Hello!
I was thinking of these two potions and I can't help believing that they are almost identical duplications.
Can any of you give me exact datas about their respective Range and Area of Effect?
I suspect Range is 40 feet for both but I wonder if the Area of Effect is the same and if it matches the Fireball spell's.

The latter does 1d6 more damage with a save vs spells, and a 40' explosion radius. The former a save vs breath. The former can be thrown 40' but I can't see what kind of explosion it does. It may be a single target potion.
Otherwise those two differences. Not sure if there are others. The best way would be to experiment with them.
The cheats if desired are Fiery Burning - Potn13 Explosions - POTN26

They're both area of effect and should both be fire damage.

Thanks for your replies but I have yet to understand what the area of effect (in feet) for the two potions in question is.
The area of effect of Fireball is reported to be 30 feet.
I would like to know if those two potions behave the same.
Unfortunately experimenting won't give a correct idea but just an approximation.
I would need somebody that can read the files with an editor and understand what values need to be looked upon. I have tried Near Infinity but I couldn't find the informations I wanted (only because I don't know how to use it well, probably)

I also have no idea what I'm talking about when it comes to NI, but I saw that they both use FIREBALL.PRO.
