Alright, so after i unzip it, i get a corrupted file, and i downloaded from PHS anyways when i summon thou dragon all i get is a saddle and i cant even mount it >_> Anyways can soembody give me a clean file for the latest akatosh mount?!

Here is the one I use, your second problem there looks kinda like something went wrong with the meshes, it might be a good idea to look in the archive and see if they are somehow messed up
