EDIT: Wikipedia has an excellent list of all the characters.

actually im planning on posting my story and was wondering if i could put BG theme on it...
i was hoping to find out if what's the youngest or oldest age for a bhaalspawn or who's the most powerful and influential person on the BG setting or something like that...

The youngest Bhaalspawn would have been born just after the Time of Troubles (1358), since Bhaal isn't around to make more of them after that. How old they are depends on when the story takes place, although they could have spent time on a plane where time flows slower, in stasis, etc if you need them to be younger. The oldest can be as old as you bloody well want them to be - the Bhaalspawn include fully grown humans, dragons, giants, etc, so big daddy has been screwing around for a long time.

Most powerful person in the setting (well, apart from Cyric and the like, actual gods) would probably be Elminster. He has a lot of political influence as well. Demogorgon would make him wear his arse as a helmet, but is unlikely to get involved.

If you want more info, just use your favourite search engine. Especially info on Elminster shouldn't be too hard to come by.

The wiki (second link from the left on top menu) has the timeline and Bhaal's death (here to be precise). Wikipedia has info on Elminster and Demogorgon.

Demogorgon is a demon prince. He'd mop the floor with Elminister, <CHARNAME>, and pretty much anyone else you want to put him up against barring perhaps greater deities and/or Ao. The PC never would have stood any chance at all against him in WK and personally I'd rather that be a weakened avatar of him or something.

Well, the games obviously aren't canon anyway.
