For BG2, Banterpack + Unfinished Business + Dungeon Crawl + Tower of Deception + Kelsey NPC + Keto NPC + Xan NPC + Quest Pack + Flirt Pack + BG2 Tweak Pack is one of my favourite combinations. Kivan NPC, Romantic Encounters, Edwin Romance, the Longer Road(Irenicus NPC for ToB) are fun, too - check them out.
All links are available via PPG modlist.
IWD NPC, Xan, The Sellswords, Back to Brynnlaw, Assassinations, Dungeon Crawl, Reunion, Branwen, Coran, Tiax, Xan BG1 Friendship
BG1 NPC, Romantic Encounters

Her locks were as yellow as gold
Her skin was white as leprosy.
The Nightmare Life-in-Death was she,
Who thicks man's blood with cold.

Plain Baldur's Gate without TUTU I would get Stone of Askavar, Darkside of the Sword Coast, BG1 Adventure Pack, BG1 CoM Forge/Item Upgrade Mod which are found right here.
These all sound awsome, but do they all work with each other because I have tried some number of combination with a few of these mods, but it crashes before even leaving candlekeep so I gave up. Is there an order of install to follow, extra patches/fixes anything?
I have BG saga edition patched with int TotSC patch, latest.

That kind of crash might be due to not having a Clean Install of BG. Be sure to try those instructions, then before installing mods try to leave Candlekeep. If you get a crash, then it's not due to mods.
No its definatly the mods, because I have played with Tutu and a couple of other tutu based mods and it never crashed once. but with non tutu mods I get plent of crashes.

There may be compatiblity issues somewhere along the line, but I can't say for certain, so yes, a log would be most helpful to solve this dilema.

Edit: Sorry, didn't see some of the sentences before.

Darkside of the Sword Coast must be installed first. We made a Darkside version of these mods, BG1 Adventure Pack, BG1 CoM Forge/Item Upgrade Mod. Intall them after DS.Plain Baldur's Gate without TUTU I would get Stone of Askavar, Darkside of the Sword Coast, BG1 Adventure Pack, BG1 CoM Forge/Item Upgrade Mod which are found right here.
