What I hate about BG2: Fanservice.

I was going to do a whole thing of all the women's armour types, but I got lazy and just did the mage robes.
It always bothered me that the men and nobility/commoners could look conservative/practical/etc., and I got to look like I just came out of the brothel.

Heh . I hate the fanservice too .

Azri - Oh dear lord. That is my favourite of the challenge - magnificent interpretation, beautiful execution (although *white* sits a bit harshly with me as a background the plainness is still great) and yes - technique. I particularly like the kind of doll or puppet like quality Irenicus's mask has on him.

Leila - ...well, practicality has its point, but seriously, shouldn't that dress (and those thigh highs, yow!) have a bonus stunning effect in combat? ...and daily interaction?

My wrist is still rather stiff and also weirdly curved after my boxing match with a car last summer (me on a bike smashing into a car) This is rather frustrating since it all affected my right arm/hand wich I draw with!
Neverless I survived without any other major injuries so all is good anyway.

Enough whining since I am just trying to use it as an excuse for my fast attempt to try to enter this challenge, a result I am not fully satisfied with. But I am used to work fast since I don't have the patience to lay down hours and hours on a drawing/illustration/comic and so on.

Thank you for letting me use this space for a little therapy moment for myself writing out my nonsense

And BEHOLD MY AWESOME FF-STYLE SPRITES!
Actually only the heads and the Cloud's sword are self made. The rest is just recolored. But that's pretty difficult too, you know!



By the way, ofcourse BG2 is the better game, but FF7 is pretty cool too! Except for the graphics, they look really dumb...

It's hosted on Photobucket, not on the SHS forum - I imagine that's where the problem lies. Dave, try uploading it as an attachment here instead.

[edit] I should mention that I definitely saw a bigger version yesterday.



As for the rest of the therad, it's awesome as usual. I think my favourite bit so far is "...haet". xD

Did you click on the image or on the tag?

Well, what if I upload it with imageshack? Even if I still don't get it...

EDIT: Hey, I just noticed that the Post page has a special thingy, where you can upload impages! Awesome!

Well, I can see the full-sized image now, but I had to download it to my computer first. It would be better if you uploaded it in a more convenient format, like gif or png.

Besides, all the images on the forum are always resized. It's not just this one

The problem is that this one doesn't act as a clickable thumbnail. It showed up fine before, like I said, but something obviously happened between yesterday and today. Your image now looks like this:


and not like this:


It doesn't act as a link to a larger image on another server, either. It looks like it got resized on photobucket, for some reason.
