I'll send you the address where you can download it, as I can't attach that big file to an email, let's hope that it helps. I'll send it as PM and as an Email, so...
I put it to a rar archive so you'll need winrar(free program) or something to unpack it. It's about 20 Mb's.

I hope I'll have better luck and won't experience any more problems. However, I wonder if Black Isle should not replace your CD if it is scratched and unusable. After all, they usually forbid creating safety copies ... However, I suppose buying a new one might be the easier way.I had the exact same problem waaaaaaay back, and I even found a friendly user who uploaded the file for me, so I could copy it to the right places. Didn't work for me anyways though
I had to go buy a new one.

Yes, I checked. Everything seems fine.So can you get to the area, CLUA yourself to the area to see, if you have no other ways to check please, before you burn it on to a DVD etc.
