Is there a purpose for this item? As it's a book named "Magical Book", but it's no where in the games to my memory, and it has no text when I open it after I have CLUEd it in.

As it could be used as a general description item for Mod's as special skills, magical spells for kit's etc. that are too long to put to the kit description. But of course the modders needs to be careful not to over write the file(s), or spam it with every version of the kits! etc.
