I got this Item in Secret of Bonehill. But whenever i use it, it summons a level 7 berserker that attackes my party instead of helping my party. Is this supposed to happen?

IIRC, it is suggested somewhere that the horn is cursed. Either way, it happens on my game too

Maybe it's one of those sort of things that needs a complementing spell like protection from evil?
