First of all I'm sorry if this problem has been posted before, i tried searching and went trough about 20 pages and found nothing.
I have a few minor mods but the only main mods are Check the bodies and shadows of soubar , whenever I'm in dungeons or in some darker areas the NPC's vision shortens and i can only take "baby steps" plus other enemy's can see me and attack me, my question is it's if it's a part of one of those mods and if it is how do i disable it?

You are fighting against what kind of enemies? As if that's steam memphis(sp?), they have a habbit of blinding your characters and so you can see only about 5 feet radius(that's very small as the normal radius is about 40 feet). The effect does ware off in time if you char is not hit repeatedly with the spell. And if you resist the magic or make a save throw, the spell doesn't work. You might not notice the blindness effect in the main screen cause you have the spell icons disabled by a mod, so you have to look at the character sheet screen.

As I haven't run into the problem, could copy/paste the content of your WeiDU.log to your post.

It happens before fights start, well i checked it again and it seems that it only happens when Edwin goes first into a dungeon(apart from the rest of the party) into an unexplored territory(black) the area doesn't reveal as much as it should and ism forced to click every sec to make him move again and reveal a little bit more.

Edit: Found out that Edwin gets close to an enemy(touch-range) to do a spell which doesn't require it(Chaos,Cloudkill etc') any ideas?

I deeply suspect that Edwin is permanetly blind in your savegame. :( This might be because of a spell altering kit or spellpack that might interfere with the Edwins char. Did this just start after a while ago or was it from the start when you got Edwin? So go to a earlier savegame and try things out. As I suspect that perhaps
Spoiler
spell screwed this up, somehow or somesuch.

Ah, did I say that we need your WeiDU.log content, cause we don't want to go and quess the hundreds of times and still not know the answer that's infront of us stairing us all the time, just because there is more than 600 mode. :D

As Jarno said that sex change bug has been an issue sometimes in my game. Once he would take steps and stop, spell casting would get screwed up and he had a female voice half the time. I found he was permanently useless after that. Only when his quest is completed normally by waiting for Degarden to spawn and not CLUA him in. I have Edwin in my game now and is fine after his quest is complete without cheats or kicking out before Degarden spawns (most important) and changed back. He will be OK if you summon him in ToB by the Fare Spirit.
