I get this annoying message from npc occasionally.
If you save and reload the game after that, the npc will reply normally once again.
The npcs whom i get this message from are different each time, so i have to save and reload once in a while...
Anyone knows what causes this problem?

did you install the 26498 patch after ToB?I get this annoying message from npc occasionally.
