Can somebody help me?
I have DLTCEP and IETME and the only problem I have is they both keep telling me to run setup and I don't know how?
I used to play with them on a friends computer so I have an idea how to work them but no matter what I do I can't set them up.
I have them both extracted and installed to my BlackIsle folder
HELP?

Hi and welcome to SHS! 
A few topics down, there is a very similar thread posted not long ago about how to get certain modding tools to work. Although IETME isn't mentioned, DLTCEP is, and there is also a link to a tutorial which guides you through the setup process.
