Hi all. I have found myself needing to make a store/merchant. As the only tutorial I could find (an old one) listed using IEEP, I dl'd it but when I try and run it....well...

Yes, I am perfectly aware there are other programs that might do this (Which ones slip my mind  ) but there are, I do not believe, any tutorials on How to make whatnot with them.

Here is the error code I get. Anybody know what it means?

Thanx

MiM

They say the world is going to Hell.

They are wrong.

The world IS Hell! Always has been, always will be; except perhaps for the five percent or so of the population who can afford differently.

And, if one must reside in Hell, it is far better to do it as a minion of the Devil than as a member of the damned.

I ran into the same problem. You can find information HERE.

I would avoid using IEEP, if possible. Try to use DLTCEP or Near Infinity, which are more reliable and more likely to create things which won't break the game. :)

I thank you (Both!) and yes, I agree that DLTCEP and Near Infinity are better programs, but here's the rub: As most know, when it comes to modding I am Seriously retarded. Now, thanks to generous help from others and lots of tutorials I Can do very simple things - but most of the tutorials were written "back when" and don't cover "how to's" with more recent programs.

It might be nice for some of the old tutos to be updated with How To Do It with : DLTCEP and Near Infinity, I'll muddle through but it is always easier to have a guide.

Again, I thank y'all. :)

Nevermind what anyone says, IEEP works just fine. Did you install the VB6 package? If so you may have to reinstall it again or look on the internet for that file that is causing the problem.

Yes, I did get the VB6 package installed and it is working now.

IEEP is an OLD program but works fine and has the benefit of many tutos devoted to it. May not be the "best" anymore but used in combination with DLTCEP works pretty well. :)

Thanks!
