I've gotten to Spellhold and when I enter no-one is inside and all the doors are locked. I realized that my party didn't get the dialog from Sime after Saemon had his "say," so I reloaded my auto-save and went back and spoke to her. She said her line and I went back to Spellhold and entered and again nothing or no-one. I really feel screwed. Is there a way to make him spawn or make him spawn before I enter?
Is there a way to make Irenicus spawn in Spellhold?

You might want to try entering Spellhold through the Pirate Lord. That should work.

You don't, but you need Yoshimo or a decently high charisma, IIRC.
theacefes: You have to be realistic as well, you can't just be Swedish!
