Uhm I don't see many Neverwinter Nights 1/2 fan arts here so I start posting mine I can't wait to see yours!!

The first one is my NWN 1 self, Ixbalam Elfsbane (for those wondering, Ixbalam should mean 'she jaguar' in Mayan), human necromancer (I'd choose tiefling but subraces were not included). When choosin the worshipped deity, I wanted to enter my ascended Bhallspawn ~_^

The second one is my NWN2 self (ans forum portrait). She's still Ixbalam, even if the NWN2 hero is meant to be a different person from the NWN1 one. Necromancer/Pale master, tiefling.

I love NWN2! I really hope you do some of the companions, all of whom I really enjoyed. You've got an amazing style, and I am ridiculously jealous of your work. Well done - top quality work. The first one is really quite scary ...

I hope fanart for NWN mods also count?

These are fanart for the NWN 1 Aielund Saga mods, featuring my character Shariveillin, who is the daughter of one Valen Shadowbreath and my HotU character Sharillin.:








They're in chronological order, and in each case it's Shariveillin and one Robert Black. You could call those three "Progress of a Relationship".


If you know Aielund, you know it's "Dragon Central". Or at least it used to be. Now, my character Shariveilling *loves* dragons. So when she had to fight a Swarm (yes, *SWARM*) of Black Dragons (of all shapes and sizes), she couldn't help but go all mushy when she saw the cute hatchling dragons. You see her hugging one of them there. Dante Cole, is saying "You know, I don't think that's what they meant when they told us to 'kill the dragons'.". The shape at the top left is the mother of the hatchling, by the way. No, they haven't noticed her yet.



First drawing of Shariveillin. It's outdated, and apparently has fish eyes, according to someone from my class (this version doesn't have as badly, but the one that was supposed to be final does. This one is just the original sketch.). By the way, since she is a Tiefling, I had originally intended to at least give her horns, even if the head I used for her didn't have any. But when drawing this, I liked how the hair looked so much, I couldn't bring myself to draw horns in. I thought I'd add it in the final version, but in the end I didn't do that either. So now she's a lucky Tiefling that doesn't look like one from the outside. Which is okay, I guess, since a Tiefling can look any kind of way, even like a normal elf if they're lucky.



A drawing of Shariveillin in Uniform, I drew as reference so I could make one for myself. I absolutely loved that uniform from the time I first acquired it (I "borrowed" it from the burning Navy warehouse. It's a Navy uniform. Not the Admiral's uniform that was also there, but a lower rank. Because it looks more pretty. ), and it's kind of become her trademark clothing. One day I'm going to dress up as her and wear that. Oh, and if you wonder why she's not wearing it in the piggy back drawing, it's because it's...because I she was wearing something different at the time, and since Robert is also wearing more casual clothing, I think it fits much better too. And at the time of the Chibi drawing she didn't have the uniform yet.

Oh, that's just too funny. For the record, though, Bishop will actually bicker with Casavir over the same half-orc. I like to think that Casavir would be able to look beyond a pair of tusks if the KC was a shining example of lawful-goodness, but that doesn't explain Bishop's attraction. Who knows? Maybe he likes a girl that can crush walnuts between her knees...

Regret I've never played NWN. I don't know if it would run on my old computer, NWN2 especially.
BTW I've heard that rangers can have various animal companions in this game, am I right?

Epantiras, that is just hilarious. And so true. I recently ran through a game with that very exact character. A confused, unloved half-orc who found a (I imagine to be worried) soulmate in Casavir. If you've ever played Domi's IWD2 NPC pack, the relationship was similar to the whole Hildury/Nord relationship. (And if you haven't, then ignore my blubbering).

My computer won't run the NWN games, but that doesn't mean that I can't enjoy the art. I love ALL of the stuff you brilliant ladies have posted here. The chibies are just off the charts awwwwwww....

Yeah, MotB is expensive but then again I didn't have to pay for it

Anyway, while I accept that MotB characterization is richer, I still felt a stronger pull to the OC companions, expecially Casavir (obviously), Bishop, Neeshka, Khelgar, Sand, and Grobnar. No matter what happened in MotB, I kept wishing that Casavir had been there to see it.

Great images everybody, each with a unique style.

Here are some illustrations that I made for a page that presented my mod for NWN (these are some of the race's you could play in the mod). The CEP version of the mod is non existent now due to I deleted it from my computer since it stole every hour of my life. I only have the original basic NWN mod version left but it just aint the same since my CEP version included tons of added stuff. I even had some BG and IWD content in it

Thank you and I know a lot of people who could not get into the game because of such a reason. The OC for me was extremely tiring and choking. I was thinking about making one for the OC as well but I'm really reluctant to start. On one hand it would be an excellent practice, and on the other it means drawing Bishop and Casavir.

And flysoup, those look great. what mod were you trying to make?

btw the way you've drawn the Rakshasa hands is not correct in D&D standards, as 'their palms are where the back of the hands would be in humans'
