Hi all, I've just finished Shadows of Amn and decided to continue with all my previous party members to ToB, but the game crashes at the first loading screen after the dialog with the spirits in the forest and the battle with the bounty hunter.
Any ideas?

More info needed! Are you running the vanilla game, or using mods (if using mods, please post your WeiDU log as Aliya suggested).
If not, is the game patched? Also, what spec is your PC - do you have sufficient memory, and are you running XP, Vista or something else?

I am not using any mods, just the official game. I have finished this game several times on this PC in the past. Only this time the problem occur. The only difference from the last time is that i am playing under XP with SP3, last time it was with SP2 but i dont think thats the problem.
I dont know what that log is so i cant post it.

Forgot to mention both shadows of amn and ToB are patched with the latest patches.

Does it just crash? Does it give an error of any kind?
If it gives no error, or a cannot be read error, you should just get a script to lift the relevant files out of the BIFFs
