The gamebanshees walkthough says that Neeber will be there only after the statue ceremony, so- The merchant should(if I remember correctly) become to be there after the Dao Djinni situation has been taken are of, so- Quests, quests...Where's Neeber? Can't believe, I'm asking this.

Hmm... from what I've seen from a few of your gameplay screenshots, your NPCs like to go all over the place! Maybe something's overriden a variable that's supposed to create them in the area?

It's happening to me too, sometimes. I won't miss Neeber, but the merchant with Tansheron's bow I certainly will. Or, at least, the bow
