I lost the book of nether scrolls needed to get into candlekeep, I tried adding it to my inventory through shadowkeeper and that doesn't seem to work, I have BGT Weidu installed, I lost the book when i went to do the secret of bonehill thing, so now I'm completely stuck and for some reason i can't use control tab to get the in game cheats to work. i have cheats=1 in the game options in the baldur ini file.. please help

I am unfamiliar with the BGT WeiDu dynamics but have you tried the BG2 way?
Enable
Open the Baldur.ini file (located in the BG2 installaion directory).
Find the line [Program Options] and add the text Debug Mode=1 underneath.
Access
Create a new game / load a save game.
Press ctrl and space together.
CLUA commands can be entered in the editing area that appears at the bottom of the screen.
Commands must be prefixed with CLUAConsole:
