Friendly NPC attacks me

I've install many mods including BG:Trilogy, Bigpicture etc. I finished BG1, now i'm in BG2:chapter 2 and I have this issue from the beginning of BG1. Some friendly NPC such as city guard or even quest related ones attacks me (but doesn't became red), if they hits me I only lose hp but they are still friendly and I am able to talk to them. The thing that usually helps is to have conversation with them.
It usually looks like this: I enter new area, lets say a tavern, and 1/4 of the people there attacks me, I have to talk to them to stop. Sometimes they attacks each other ! Right now I am having a little problem, I entered Trademeet, and those guards that are fighting animals attacks each other, if they hit one another, they become red and I can't kill them, because I'll lose reputation. Those attack are only theirs standard melee attacks, not magic. Another situation was when I went to the shadow dragon (I've got the stone), and he was still blue, but I couldn't put traps or something around me because he attacks me (standard distance attack, not very powerful).
Once again I repeat that they are not becoming hostile, and when I talk to them they usually stop attacking.
I think this is some AI problem, have you ever heard of it ? Any patch ?

From the ~BG2_TWEAKS/SETUP-BG2_TWEAKS.TP2~ Where can I check which options I choosed ? (I don't rember ...)Romance Cheats (Sabre, Richardson, Weimer)
Non-Tutu
This component allows greater flexibility with the original BioWare romances. Please note that the multi-romance option may cause stuttering when used in conjunction with a third-party mod romance. The player can choose five parameters:

Ah, but what you fail to understand is that we can or at least should be able to understand the exact order you did from the numbers after the ~modname.tp2~ #1 #0 //polish string.there is little problem, most of the description WeiDU.log are in polish (because I used translations...).
What you might be missing is the BWP fixpacks use of Resource Fixer v1...
But I do not know if this solves your problem, probably not.20.0. Resource Fixer v1
~SETUP-RES_FIXER.TP2~
Some macros designed to fix various structural errors in creatures, items and spells. It's necessary to get BP to install.
