error with killing vorten

So i was playing Planescape: Torment and trying to become an anarchist. Before i accepted the quest from Leena in the warehouse I talked to Hailcii'n who automatically attacked me (I assume because Dak'kon was in my party). when he attacked me so did Vorten, and I killed them both. Afterward I attempted to become an anarchist, but Leena is telling me I need to kill Vorten, but Vorten is already dead. When I talk to Leena I am given the option to lie about his death (even though its true), but this does not work. Apparently the game acts as if Vorten is still alive if you kill him before taking on Leena's quest. Sigh....it looks like I'm gonna have to revert to a previous state.

Oh yeah I am using the fix pack and everything, my version is 1.1

Hmm. I know I fixed a bunch of stuff with Vorten and Leena at some point, but that may not be released yet, due for v4.0. Which will probably be released in a couple of months.
