I was wondering what was the exact slow effect of the Flail of Ages. Does it impact THAC0 and AC of the opponent, or just the attack rate? When I strike a NPC with it and check their Record Page, there's no change reported in THAC0 or AC.

Well, as far as I see it, the Flail of Ages only the reduced attack speed, as the AC etc. are independent effects in the Slow spell, that are not within the Flail of Ages. Yes, the item description is a bit murky, but it doesn't say that Slow spell is casted on the target.I was wondering what was the exact slow effect of the Flail of Ages.
