Imoens portrait is not right in candlekeep?

When i first start a game with big world project and first see imoen she has her BG1 portrait. When i leave candlekeep it changes to her BG2 profile which i prefer. Why does she not have her BG2 portrait at candlekeep? Also when i did my first install when i started candle keep a guard came up to me and spoke to me about gorion wanting me to speak to him i though that was a great touch. But since installing my tactics i cannot get it back up? Can someone tell me which mod that is? i havent properly started the game yet as i am experimenting with the different mods and stuff. I may be wrong it might not have been tactics mod for the guard to come up and speak to me. I would love to know which mod it is though.
