after i leave candle keep and try to move off the next map the world map comes up and there is nowhere to select to go
any ideas??

And you might just need to scroll a lot, or not leave to the North exit, but to the South or East.

I have tried to exit from every edge of the screen and scrolled everywhere in the map a few times only place i can click is waukeen's promenade and if i click that the game crashes to desktop.

Then obviously the install order is lacking/off.

You need the Worldmap mod.
You need the mod because you have installed more that two mods that require it, actually you have installed 7 that do(BG2 Fixpack, TDD, SoS, CTB, TS-BP, RoT and BGT).

And yes you install it after all the others... hmm... There might be a bug in the game even after this because the TDD didn't update the Worldmap mod, so you end up with not updated worldmap... how the hell did you even got it installed, I don't know.
