Edit: I've made the icon myself. It's even passable. Go me!

1. What do you need? Item, animation, description...?

I would like to commission one item inventory icon, the I-icon kind.

2. Describe the item/whatever in detail! Shape, style, colors...?

The item is a flat, circular ward stone. It has one symbol at each cardinal point on one side of it. The symbols can look like anything. I can't imagine it's of any help but they are meant to be "body", "evil", "infinity" and "prison". The symbols do not have to be intelligible or legible to the player (i.e. they can simply be a smear or a dot).
There are several ward stone icons already present in the game (e.g. IMISC2L). An edited copy of one of them would do nicely.

5. What material is the item made of?

It is made of stone.

6. Any deadlines?

No, there is no deadline. If the icon gets made I'll gladly accept it at any time.

7. What game and what mod is this for?

The request is for the G3 mod Item Randomiser and the item is for use in BG2.
