Hi,
I would lie to know what happen if refinement is installed with SCSII and its component HLA for mage, priest... who have acces to 9th level spell?

If Refs removes an HLA and/or tweaks its availability, SCSII will ignore the fact. For example: in Refs Kensais can't get Hardiness; enemy Kensais will still get it if SCSII scripted them to get it. Ditto for Sorcerors and Improved Alacrity.
If Refs alters an existing HLA, enemies will use the non-Refs version of the HLA.
Overall, you shouldn't notice a thing unless you routinely check creatures and tables in an editor while you play.
