Hi - this is a great tweak pack, but I'm curious as to why there are no additional racial traits for Halflings (i.e. -4 bonus to Armor Class when fighting giant-class creatures etc.), when there are for Gnomes and Dwarves? Is this already addressed by another fixpack (I understand some of this may be in the beta section of the BG2Fixpack?) Thanks!

As I understand it, these racial traits of dwarves and gnomes are in part due to their experience fighting trolls/ogres/giants etc. Halflings have no such experience (i.e. there's nothing about it in the 2E Player's Handbook) and consequently get no bonus.
