Hi i've downloaded and installed BGT and well i'm running into some issues.

1st not a major one but when ever i quick save windows says it failed and it goes to desktop but game is still running game  say it saves succesfully so no biggy.

2nd. I'm at candlekeep begging and some of the NPCs are saying they're to busy to talk to me. Specficially some guards but also quest giver npcs like the dwarf who has you kill the rats in the wearhouse. This is concerning becuase what will the rest of the game be like if that is the case. Not sure if i should do a reinstall or is there a fix? or is it a common bug that is only there.

Which BGT are you using ? The BGT, or the latest Baldur's Gate Trilogy-WeiDU (v1.11)
There's a large difference. If it's the later, this topic should be moved here, if it's not, use the one I linked to, the plain BGT was made in 2005.

yes thats the one i am useing.

Other users have found that this was due to an unpatched BG2:ToB. Can you check your version is 26498?
I think the other thing was that one should start a BG2:ToB game, not to play, but just to get the engine to set up resources, before installing BGT.
