Question regarding the World Map

I did a fairly light install (compared to what's out there) consisting of the Big Picture mod and the updated version of all it's required material, along with CtB - that's it, as far as I know. So far, the entire package rolls smoothly, with the exception of one problem -
All the new quests that supposedly update the world map, don't. For instance, buying the deed for your own house (30k, ouch), or running into the strange lil' dude who drops a scroll that 'points' in the direction to a kickin' new town, none of them show up on the world map.
All the regular towns and dungeons that come with the game of course work, however, after blowing my wad on a brand new pad I was hoping to check it out. Can you guys help?

Yes....Can you guys help?

You probably need the Worldmap mod. The v8.01 ...
But first go to the game folder, open the file called weidu.log with Notepad and copy the content to a post.

Heh, well. I'm more a grunt then a thinker, but I'm not seeing the Worldmap Mod in that list. Is it safe to assume I missed it? And if so, damn! I knew this would happen. I should also point out that I did back up my saves, then re-install the mods (having assumed that CtB overwrote the BP maps with it's own, since I originally installed CtB last) hoping to gain the maps. Regardless, everything seems to be running beautifully, with the exception of the missing map.

Yes... but I am not sure about the install order, as the BP v180 might need to be installed after the CtB... but before the Worldmap mod, like I would assume you have now... at which point it's safe to say that you need to start a new game, not load an old one.Heh, well. I'm more a grunt then a thinker, but I'm not seeing the Worldmap Mod in that list. Is it safe to assume I missed it?

Well, you could use the BiG World Setup beta, yes it's actually the improved beta made after the BWS v9, to actually install the mods you have and more if need be... or less.Heh, well, ATLEAST I know now, and that's half the battle.

You do know that you can leave things out... you just had to enable the "Further Customization of Your Mod-settings"... today you don't have to do that with the BWS beta, it should assume the the customization.I found that the amount of content I put in (I believe I went 'standard') was almost overwhelming. I was much happier with this, though I wanted that damn world map.
