Hi everyone,
So, here I arrived for maybe another crack at a megamod install, but unfortunately I can't find the required patches (5512 & 26498) anymore on Bioware's site.
Am I missing something?
Does anyone have them available somewhere?

The network was updated... the downloads are still there, but you need to use this kind of links to find them:Am I missing something?

2.3 Install the official game patches.
And those are, with links to saved original site info, which provide direct download links to local(US/UK/International) patches that still work:
Baldur's Gate; the v1.1.4315, without the DirectX 8+ patch, cause those are betas!
Baldur's Gate: Tales of the Sword Coast; the v(1.3.)5512 without the DirectX 8+ patch, and even though the link says not to patch the Original Saga version, it needs to be patched to gain the most compatible version of the game.
Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn; the 23037.
Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal; the v(2.5.)26498... DO NOT use the 26499!

You might also wish to read the whole FAQ for the Megamods that I snipped the quote from, even if you don't wish to install any modifications to your game, it has a lot of the basic stuff covered in any case.

If the links JM posted are down for any reason, you can always download the patches from the Patches Scrolls. You can get patches for the other IE games here as well.

As in, I couldn't find the Baldur's Gate anywhere in this page.
And my FAQs has the other IE game patch links as well...

Just do a search with the game name. The search function is on the left hand side. And since this is supposed to be a backup mirror, what you have or haven't posted isn't relevant.
