Hello I am asking simply once you start playing BiG World the first time do you get the bonus experience/levels at the start of BG2 during the play through and/or more items from BG1 when you start in the SoA Cells?

Are you asking whether you get bonus levels when you start a game in BG2?
Why don't you try it... it takes no less than 30 seconds to create a quick character -_____-
If you are asking what items are imported when you go from BG1 => BG2, it is fixed. If you want more stats, then yes (since you keep the bonus of the stat books on your main character... now sure about other NPC stat bonuses though).

When you transition into BG2 from BG1 you donīt get any bonus experience. You should be above the usual level 7 anyway.
