Hello,

Yesterday I attempted a standard Big World install that includes the Widescreen mod and everything worked fine. I went with 1920x1080 and everything looked like it should but I thought it was too small.
So today I did the exact same thing as yesterday, except for starting over with a clean and patched BG2 folder again, and now I went with 1280x720. The installation went smooth without any problems (that I noticed..) but this time the colours are all messed up.

This is what it looks like
Whats wrong and how do I fix it? :)

I've got an Nvidia graphics card, searched around the forum for a bit but couldn't find any similar problem to this.. also for some reason you're not allowed to search the forum for 'color'

Thank you in advance

And how did you "clean" the game ?
What's wrong, is that the GUI you have in use was corrupted by the files in th override folder, I would suggest uninstalling the game from the Control Panel, then deleting the game folder and then reinstalling the game and patching it... and doing what you did with the BWS.
Or if you have a backup, delete the game folder and then copy the backup to it's place... and doing what you did with the BWS.

I 'cleaned' it in accordance with some of the suggestions on the forum. (Basically what you said)
What I did was when I had completely installed BG2+ToB+the newest patch (26498 not 26499) and started a new game for both BG2 and ToB, I copied the entire folder to another harddrive.
When I 'cleaned' it I deleted the whole folder with the modded game, then I copied the backup folder back in place netting me a cleaned install, correct?

Not sure how it managed to get corrupted then.. bad luck I suppose..

On my way to reinstall again I noticed something. Can this cause an error?

In the Big World Setup under the option 'Set resolution of the game' was checked and set to 1920x1080 : but when it got to the Widescreen-mod installation I went with 1280x720.

Yes, it should, definitely... I would need to have the new WeiDU.logs content to make any kinds of suggestions at this point.

That's an old problem with the forum...

It's possible... as it's even possible that you installed the same mod twice.... as the the past versions might not check the current once existence.

I would also be interested in seeing your baldur.ini's content if you still experience the problem...
