Does refinements go before or after G3 Tweak pack?

BWS installs the Refinements after the BG2 Tweakpack... why do you ask ?
As in, what exactly are you looking for...
Well I had already installed the tweak pack. I just wasn't completely sure if refinements needed to be installed before or after. A few posts I read on the subject were conflicting since the tweak usually goes last in most cases.
