Well, let's get this strait, the
BWP is not a thing to be installed, the name means BiG World Project... which inclination that it's a Megamod Project that has different parts that integrate to make an install.
The closes thing to the "
BWP" as a
downloadable guide (English versio)... also in:
german,
russian,
spanish.

The BiG World Projects tools, include the
BWP Fixpack, and the
BiG World Install pack, with all the mods that need to be extracted but not installed to the game folder.
You "start" the installation by starting the BiG World Install.bat when you have everything setup correctly... for that, there was a setup tool in
here, but it's badly out of date....
Besides that, you might want to read
this pinned topic, it's not directly BiG World FAQ, but quite close ... like:
