Mod install order

This is the install order I came up with by myself, I just want to double check if it's correct. I just can't stand bugs and incompatibility issues after I'm halfway through the game.
1.) Official Patch 26498
2.) ToBEx v21 (change variables to match SCSII ToBEx install)
3.) Ascension v1.4.24
4.) G3 Fixpack v9
5.) SCSII v19
6.) G3 Tweak Pack v9
7.) 1PP High Quality Music
8.) BG1 Casting Sounds
9.) 1PP Extended Palette Entries
10.) Widescreen mod
I want to install ToBEx v21 before SCSII, because SCSII v19 comes with ToBEx v19, so it's using an outdated ToBEx version. From what I've read, SCSII should be ok with a manual ToBEx install before it. I presume ToBEx should be installed right after the official patch, and before Ascension or G3 fixpack, as it states in the readme: "it is recommended that TobEx be installed as the first modification in a multi-modification installation".
Another thing I've read is that Ascension should be treated like a Non-Weidu mod (even though it's weidu), and should go before G3 Fixpack, otherwise it will override some things from G3 Fixpack. However, I've also read that G3 Fixpack overrides things in Ascension, so what's the deal here? I'd like to know what exactly does the Fixpack override in Ascension?
Another thing I'm not exactly sure of, is SCSII and G3 Tweak Pack - which should be installed first?

I. Well, what you should do here is install the BP-Ascension component from the newest BP... not the 7 years old mod that was crippled from the start and has well known incompatibilities with the BG2 Fixpack. And perhaps you should use the BiG World megamod tools and it's own fixpack with the BG2 fixpack. And if you do, read one of the .pdf files, and the main parts in this thread.I.
3.) Ascension v1.4.24
4.) G3 Fixpack v9

II. Well you install the one you like more, after the other, and with the knowledge that the later you install mods content, the more priority it will have in determination of what happens with the files. So if you install two mod components that change items ability, for example the number the bag of holding can have items, only the latest mod will take priority.

And if you do, read one of the .pdf files, and the main parts in this thread.

Latest Ascension is actually two years old.
I don't think I will bother with BP simply because...
Required Game Components
• Baulders Gate II: Shadows of Amn (Core Game)
• Baulders Gate II: Throne of Bhaal & Patch file (Official add-on)
• Shadows Over Soubar (Game Mod)
• The Darkest Day (Game Mod)
• Tortured Souls (Game Mod)
And this one is from SCSII readme...
"My impression is that the latest version of Big Picture is largely incompatible with SCS II. I suggest installing one or the other."
"However, a number of reports suggest that SCS II is not compatible with "BP-Ascension", the version of Ascension that ships with the Big Picture. I recommend that you use the standard WEIDU version of Ascension (at www.weidu.org) with SCS II."
The problems that I'm aware of with Ascension + G3 Fixpack (in that order), is that G3 Fixpack overrides the new Ravager form in Ascension, and I was able to find a fix here.
The final passive restored Bhaalspawn power is also not applied with Ascension, but can be fixed by skipping the Ascension component and installing it from Unfinished Business instead.
I even found this thread that seems to cover everything I need to know. After reading the forum I've noticed SCSII fixes many (actually, all) major bugs present in Ascension, with the exception of the Slayer Change, which can be fixed locally.
I was also able to access the SCSII compatibility page from google cache, and it explicitly states Tweak Pack can be installed after it, so that's the way I'm gonna do it.
If you know of any more complications with Ascension + G3 Fixpack, I'd be glad to know.

Or is that the retranslated version of the v1.4.1 ? Yes... 23 translation versions of the same thing... with a few fixes perhaps... but it's definitely not using the latest WeiDU.exe codes to patch stuff, it overwrites ...Latest Ascension is actually two years old.
Where did you read that ? Cause it's not true... it might have been the Big Picture compilation of mods, but it surely is not the BP v1.80b's content, nor requirements...I don't think I will bother with BP simply because...
Required Game Components
• Baulders Gate II: Shadows of Amn (Core Game)
• Baulders Gate II: Throne of Bhaal & Patch file (Official add-on)
• Shadows Over Soubar (Game Mod)
• The Darkest Day (Game Mod)
• Tortured Souls (Game Mod)
Yes, the Big Picture (megamod) compilation was helped and held together with BP versions, but that was when the mod was still in the non WeiDu state ... as it was originally just an add on to make the above mods to work together, which now has evelved to the BiG World Project among other things and it requires nne of the mods above, but it can include them, along with BGT, and ~295 other BGII mods...

A female elf warrior of nature and a Bhaalspawn cross paths during their quests, joining forces to share adventure and companionship. Will they find more?

Where did you read that ? Cause it's not true...
From your link, and it's readme link (but I noticed the .pdf is not up-to-date).
Well, what you should do here is install the BP-Ascension component from the newest BP...
I would install 1PP components immediately after BG2 Fixpack, and install the music mod last. I also favor using the BP Ascension from BPv180, as Jarno advised (because his advice is always stellar!), and you don't need to install anything else from BP if you don't want to, and still enjoy the Ascension content.
1PP Extended Palette is an .exe patch modification, and those should be installed last (ToBEx being the exception), at least that's my understanding.
Also, I won't use BP-Ascension because, again, this is from SCSII readme:
"However, a number of reports suggest that SCS II is not compatible with "BP-Ascension", the version of Ascension that ships with the Big Picture. I recommend that you use the standard WEIDU version of Ascension (at www.weidu.org) with SCS II."
SCSII fixes every major bug in Weidu-Ascension, and the only remaining one (with G3 Fixpack installed after Ascension), is the Slayer change, which I can fix myself.

That comments were given before the latest version of the BP was made and tested ... as the v1.77 and the following versions were broken up until to the v180a, which was later made to v180b by the added translations."However, a number of reports suggest that SCS II is not compatible with "BP-Ascension", the version of Ascension that ships with the Big Picture. I recommend that you use the standard WEIDU version of Ascension (at www.weidu.org) with SCS II."
