Heavy lag in irenicus dungeon with BWP

I installed BWP and I'm getting really heavy lag in Irenicus dungeon. The little bit at the beginning of the game were you are a child in candle keep down't lag at all, and the menus/inventory screens don't lag ethier. And the lag game takes ages to load, like a few minuets. I've attached my weidu file.
