BG1NPC Project, player initiated dialogs won't uninstall.

Heya, i'm doing a no mod run of Baldur's Gate. I originally had the NPC project installed so I uninstalled it, and it seemed fine, but then I noticed the player initiated dialogs are still there, I don't get why and I know know how to get rid of them.

Any advice would be helpful thanks. :)

No mod run of BG? why not uninstall the game and re-install. radical but if you aren't going to use any mods would be easiest than trying to figure out how to correct your current setup. Should you choose to re-install, make a back up of your unmodified game. simplest is to zip/rar the entire game directory and set it aside. then when you need to start from scratch after a modded, delete the game folder and extract your backup.
