Music on chapter begin

Do you know when you are changing chapter on Bg2 Soa?
Right before the new chapter begins, a wall of text will appear with a narrator reading it, together with an epic soundtrack.

But the soundtrack is not there on the Italian version of Bg2. I wonder if there is any mod that introduce it once again.
