first of, AWESOME THAT THIS MOD IS ALIVE AGAIN!!!! but on to the question, i cant remember, do you need to exhaust all of her dialogue options before going to spellhold? i cant remember if you do. anyways cheers and hope to get an answer soon. and kudos to all those who did this mod

Uhm, it depends. If you want to romance her, then it is suggested to see all her pre-spellhold talks. If you don't, then there's no need to stretch yourself.
