I was looking for an alternative portrait of Corellon Larethian for the mod (I already have one but wanted more) and run into this artist. She is so good - I want to share it with you.

Freedom cannot be equated with goodness, virtue, or perfection. Freedom has its own unique self-contained nature; freedom is freedom ? not universal goodness. Any confusion or deliberate equalization of freedom with goodness and excellence is in itself negation of freedom, and acceptance of the path of restraint and enforcement.

Yes, GodsSeven draws one of the best Drow out there, but just in case, since you mention using her art for an avatar, she explicetly asks at her website not to use her artwork for anything. She does comissions, however. She also has very neat ASoIF artwork

Nod. I do have Corellon's portrait - and a very nice one indeed. But I loved her art. As for comissions... Hmm, I doubt I would be able to afford her prices, although having a drawing done for the Ashes is tempting... Once upon a time I had a fan who illustrated the Sory of a Girl - it were gorgeous drawings too. But alas he abandoned me when I started writing Irenicus.

A real treat! I especially loved the ones from the Silmarillion "Fingon rescuing Maedhros" and "Fingolfin's arrival" thank you for sharing this
