There is a typo in the Ease Of Use install screen
Shapeshifter rebalncing should be "Shapeshifer Rebalancing"
From the log:

Just because this topic is about the rebalancing of Shapeshifters, here's my question:
Will it change your game in case you already have Cernd in you party, or must you start over?
