Does anyone actually enjoy the fact that you always lose the stronghold when going of to rescue Immy, because nobody in the guild bothers to hand over the dough to Renal's man while you're away? Anyone actually thinks it makes sense that ones you pay to get a thief out of jail, he doesn't go back to doing things the way he was doing them before - but rather, does absolutely nothing, as "he wasn't given any instructions". Bah.

Edit things so that you can tell your second in command to pay Renal's man whenever he shows up. Also, make sure thieves that leave jail keep their previous instructions.

Oh, and if someone would edit the fighter stronghold so that you'd get your gp from the major-domo himself, rather then forcing you to do 2 save/loads for a measly 500 gold?

Well actually that makes sense. Thiefs are thiefs - nothing more and nothing less. It is unfair but it is the "way of the street" And seriously I think everything is good as it is. You always have a choice: go to save your sister or stay as long as you want and earn more cash. Simple.

Huh?

Every once in a while, you get 500 gold from your keep. It's in a shelf, on the second floor of the keep - a place you have nothing else to do in - it would be much more convinient if you get your money when talking to the major-domo, while checking up on the affairs of your keep. Much the same way you get money raised from extra taxes.

Your first paragraph... well, I have no idea what you meant to say, so I won't comment.

Oh, and also - ones you get the paladin/cleric keeps, everyone in them turn GOODBUTBLUE - It seems sort of odd, when a paladin/friendly cleric, just stands around and watches you - his friend in faith and colleague - do battle with a hostile.

Oh! :) I get it now. And yes, that could be changed. I only played as a warrior once and a very long time ago but I remember that it pissed me off.

All I meant was that it is logical that You loose that stronghold and a good way to make some real profit is to let Imoen get tortured for a while longer and get more cash. Clear? :)

Errm... but you don't lose any of the other strongholds if you rush to re-unite with your little darling... they will all wait patiently, with their little troubles and assaults, and start harranguing you the minute you meet the chihuahua general... Actually, if things worked out logically, the thief stronghold would be the only one you WOULDN'T lose - the rest of them would be assaulted by orcs, roenalls, etc, while you were away, and not able to handle it... but the thief stronghold just keeps up the buisness operations...

But it is just what I said before :) A commom thief is just to smart to loose such an occasion. A small diversion and the leaderless guild is his to command B) That how it goes, the world is indeed cruel.

Oh, you mean that your employees do a bit of a mutiny?

Sounds logical... only that's not what happens in game.

And they go back into your emplyment once you re-pay Renal...

Yes, I know that. But it explanes why You don't get any cash while doing Your little "hunt" in Spellhold. Why the guild shuld loose money for something that they even don't know about? Bunch of...of...thiefs!
