one of the best mod sites out there. These programs/utilities/patches are
recommended to be downloaded to have an enjoyable playing experience.

Morrowind Leveled List Merger v1.14
This tool allows you to generate a 'Master leveled list' plugin for Morrowind. This plugin will contain merged the leveled list changes of whatever plugins you decide to include. The main purpose was to allow people to use GIANTS and Morrowind Advanced simultaneously.

Morrowind FPS Optimizer
It is most certainly a must have, it has the feeling of an official tool from
Bethesda itself.
This tool improves Morrowind performance by on-fly adjusting its options (View/AI Distance) to keep desired FPS range (which can be specified separately for inventory and combats). It can also set View Distance beyond game default maximum, quite a sight if you have a good computer. It does not modify your Morrowind executable or other game files.Screenshots (Check them out for visual pleasure)
