Mates, BG2 says that Demogorgon's Avatar was imprisoned in Watcher's Keep during the Time of Troubles by Helm. But there is any mentioning about Demogorgon's presence in Faerun in FR history or it's just developers' fantasy ?

As far as I know, that's purely the developers of BGII. In pnp I think he's free.

Yes, but Watcher`s Keep is the only positive part of the whole expansion pack, if you ask me.

Yes, its music and tileset is extremely well-made. My favourite part is when Demogorgon teleports you out from his prison, and you send the Knights to their death. After the female avatar appears, that music starts again (and most likely the rain too).

The whole party standing in silence preparing to face a Demon Prince in battle is not a bad sight... B)

Thanks to the virtue mod and only playing paladins now (dunno why) I always lie to demogorgan and forgive the helmites (makes for a happier ending).

My favourite ending is the one where you send the helmites to their doom, and finally forgive them before the leader (the name escapes me) dies... After the Demon Prince was sent back to his Fortress in the Abyss, now thats when I feel epic...

see for Role-playing purposes I don't want demogorgan to go back to the abyss, I want him to sit on his fat tush in watcher's keep and think about all the evil he's done...forever

Demogorgon is a True Tanar'ri demon, and most especially a unique one. He(?) is a power, and thus he is often considered Prince of Demons.

BTW, this is the third version of Demogorgon here on that picture - I saw one with hiena heads, one (the real) with baboon heads, and now this with skulls...
