Hi guys. I don't know if I'm posting in the right place, but I'm hoping there's someone who can help me out or at least point me in the right direction.

I have all the BG games (BG, TotSC, BG2, ToB) and I'm wanting to set up the Trilogy mod, with the Big Picture (and anything else that's compatible that can be recommended ).

I tried to do this a couple of months ago (using instructions from this site) and ended up wasting the best part of a day with all the downloads only to find that it didn't work in the end.

I'm sure this is down to error on my part, so I am begging for advice on what downloads I need and what I need to do to install them properly. I'm going to be starting from fresh, nothing at all installed already, not even the games.

I have a Windows XP system that is more than capable of running demanding mods and can supply more specs if needed.

Please help me out folks. I loved these games first time around and I really want to do them justice on a marathon run through with the best of the mods out there. I'm sure it could be worth a few all-night gaming sessions if I can just get it working.

EDIT: I should have mentioned, all my discs are from the original UK CD releases. Not the compilation pack.

Firstly, I apologise if this is the wrong place for this topic. If someone could point me in the right direction I'd be grateful.

I have all the Baldur's gate games and expansions, bought individually over the years. I've tried a couple of times to get the Baldur's Gate Trilogy to work, as well as the Big Picture mod. This is where I have a problem.

There are several versions of all the mods out there as well as a couple of different guides as to how to install them all in order to make them work (I note that these are not up to date with version numbers, if that helps). I've tried different combinations each time, but still can't get them to work.

Is there somebody out there who might be willing to help me out by suggesting exactly what files I'd need, where I can get the required versions, and which order to install them in?
