Ok, so what do I do?

Ok well first of all this will reset your compaion so make sure s/he doesnt have anything important on them. Next open both mods again like you did before. Now under file go down to tools then combine loaded plugins. After you have made a new combined plug in make a back up of your rens hair esp then rename the newone the same as the old rens.

Now just open that one up and change your companions hair to your likeing

Do I have to combine ALL plugins or jusr Ren's and Rhianna?

EDIT: sheez, all thi CS mumbo-jumbo is just beyond me

I loaded Ren's and Rhianna pluging.
Then went to File-tools-Combine Loaded Plugins.

Then What? How can I combine plugins, if I can select only one plugin there?

No it is asking what to save the combined plug in as

Just type "Ren's and Rhianna pluging" or something.

Hey, how can I simply change my companion's hair in CS?

I mean how to PROPERLY change hair.


I loaded Rhianna and Ren's hairpack in CS.
Found Rhianna and changed her yellow chicken hair.

Then saved.
Now, loading new changed plugin, cause Oblivion to freez while loading.

Anyway, someone help a CS noob.

Current activities: Forced by Denesta to hunt down Pixie and destroy Nahril's soul before she causes Denesta any more trouble.

Editing the hair mesh in blender messes the alpha all up on rens hair So I tried to edit this one just from the texture file.

Snow knows that Haruko can not be around all the time to fight for her so she is learning to fight too. She is practicing an attack of the Ice elves called 'Ice Shards'.

Permission is the first subject that we discussed. Ratchild is trying to get the permission from the Bab team. I do hope the Bab team will be cool about the exnemization. But "not to use the Bab stuff in any other mods" sounds very unprofessional , while Bab itself is absorbing other clothing mods..........

Floydian and Treetop... You know what's coming! The necklaces are stunning, where are they from? I am dying to get my hands on them. I couldn't see them at Canadian Ice. Floyd, Sapphire looks heartbreakingly beautiful. I think I prefer that short hair on her to the long Slof wig.

Thank you! I usually edit out the ears because she's supposed to be mostly redguard, so really the ears should still be pointy but a lot smaller. One of these days I'll get round to downloading a smaller elf ears mod

Have you tried useing the Darkelf ear mesh? It is shorter but still pointed on the top.

No, sounds good. How would I go about doing that? I'm not a modder by any stretch of the imagination.

What race is she? I will just send you some renamed ears you can drop into the data folder.

@Spike4072: Now that's just cool, there are so many potential screens to make with that cape! And the waterfall shots are very festive and relaxing, especially this one. Snow better watch out, though, her friend is looking like she wants a partner in her skinny dipping.

@ Spike4072 - Turning your Snow story into a mod would be a nice idea. I'd be 50/50 on it though if it were done as a companion mad as out of the 2 I've tried, one has worked with no probs (Dremora Companion), and the other caused my game to have a major coniption fit (Neeshka). I'd still say go for it though.

I was thinking in the game quest that there wouldnt realy be anyone following you around that much. I was thinking more like Haruko saying "Here I will mark my house on your map. Meet me there when you are ready." or "The item we need is in so and so cave. Meet me there in two days." Of course she would then follow you in the cave but not like a full companion.
