Just wondering if I can apply patch to BP-BGT-NEJ. If so do I need to remove any installed mods before applying patch. I have BP-BGT_NEJ installed along with Ease of Use and Item Upgrade.

yes. install in the BGII - SoA directory.
If so do I need to remove any installed mods before applying patch.
no. it will install fine over other mods.
