i have a question, when do i install the baldurdash fixpack/game text update, if at all?

No matter what mods you plan on installing, the first four things you should install are as follows:
SOA
TOB
TOB final patch (24698, I think it is?)
Baldurdash FixPack/Text Update
That's basically a given, and I've never seen any mod that required that initial order to be different in any way.
Any really large mod (like CtB, The Darkest Day, Shadows over Soubar, Tortured Souls, the Big Picture), be it WeiDU or not WeiDU, should come next (if you have a choice, WeiDU is preferred).
All other WeiDU mods should go last.
