I can't seem to download the TIZ files needed to start playing this mod. I have downloaded the TuTu version and the patch but the TIZ files will not finish. The server seems very slow and my connection times out. Can anyone E-mail me the files so I can play the Mod? E-mail to jeremyfed1@comcast.net Thanks

You could always try a program which allows you to resume downloads, such as GetRight.

Also, try any one of the following mirrors, some may be faster than others:

The last link is for the FTP mirror and it requires an FTP client such as CuteFTP, SmartFTP, WS-FTP, FlashFXP, BulletProof FTP, etc.

After three days with the ftp, I'm almost halfway through the download.

When I'm through, I'm going to make it available on eMule, although I don't have it on often.

I just received some news today which makes sense. All of you must know about the tsunami/earthquake in Southeast Asia, and although it didn't directly affect Singapore (where the IEGMC Asia Mirror is hosted), it has taken it's toll on the entire continent. Surely, the natural disaster damaged some of the data lines, and the data lines that are up and running in Asia are most likely severely taxed by people accessing the web to find out news about the disaster, trying to locate family members, etc. This should shed some light on the subject of IEGMC Asia being extremely slow as of late.

You don't have to stop using IEGMC Asia, but if it is utterly slow for you, then definitely try IEGMC Europe as an alternate source for IE mods.

Can I possibly find it's parts somewhere else?

Is there anywhere I can just find these?

sigh - well, it's sunny outside right now, let's go for a walk ! SOBH'll have to wait for another day...

(btw neither do I know if there is another ftp for uncorrupted version of these files)

Have you tried all three mirrors? I know, it will take yonks to download the TIZ zip three times, but there is a thread here that may be able to help speed up your downloads. I am not sure of the efficacy of it myself as I haven't tried it, but I don't think it will hurt.

Yes, all three with a download booster. Corrupted all of them. Even the single Tutu version was also corrupted on first time.

I'll try again next week (no free time left actually) and then we'll see...
