Is anyone working on incorporating some of the BG1 fixes that were made from Baldurdash or Dudleyville?

I may after the guys quit screwing around with the new Weidu version of BGT. They have more patches and fixes than a Windows XP system.:P

Once it is stable, I will look at some of the fixes. By the way, I am not going to rebuild outlines around barrels because Dudley doesn't like their look. I will however try to fix scripts, areas, and dialogs. I didn't see much point in trying this right now until we have a stable game base to work off of.

Tired of Bhaal? Try some classics mods instead:

I made some cre fixes in my last run through of BGT... There were a bunch of evil creatures that didn't have alignments set... and I added bandit scalps to a bunch of "bandits" like bandits with names and the black talon groups.... I sent them to Horred and I think that he put them in one of the BP versions, but if we are going to have everything from a modified bg1 game it would nice to have it in one place

Mind you much of what we are uncovering is Bardez BGT crap. :P

Well aware of it. I think that is one of the big reasons the Tutu fans dog out BGT. Keep scrubbing the code gang. I did a side by side comparison of a BG1 NTotSC and BGT-BP and found there are several areas in the Gate that have area scripts or some other difference between them and BGT-BP. Don't know how much is DSotSC/NTotSC code additions and how much is stuff Bardez missed. I'll have to get back to it someday and record all the differences again.

Once of the nice results from your project is that we can add fixes to BGT without requiring a BGT-BP game (though why would someone not play BP???).

...and fixes can be added on much easier, hence the move towards WeiDU-ising the BP lot. I'm just one of the janitors, and when horred starts fixing up TDD and SoS, he'll be another one. :)

Already on it. When I see a BP fix for those mods, I'm removing it from the BP folder and adding it to the respective mod.
