I found the following 2 typos in the TS-weidu TP2 file that prevent correct extending of 2 script files.

Originally the file has:

EXTEND_TOP ~AR2600.bcs~ ~TS/sExt/s2600.bcs~
EXTEND_TOP ~AR6200.bcs~ ~TS/sExt/s6200.bcs~

which should be changed to:

EXTEND_TOP ~AR2600.bcs~ ~TS/sExt/sAR2600.bcs~
EXTEND_TOP ~AR6200.bcs~ ~TS/sExt/sAR6200.bcs~

I have attached the fixed TP2; just remove the .txt extension from it.
